DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 PANDEMIC SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE CURRENTLY TAKING LONGER FOR DELIVERIES. Any delays once your order has shipped are beyond Ta Muchly's control.
We recommend placing your order in advance of when you need it, incase of any carrier delays. If you wish to pay extra for express shipping please email us for a quote.

FREE SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (before GST) within Canada, over $100 to the US, and over $150 Worldwide. This will be automatically applied at the checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES -Â ALL DESTINATIONS:
I aim to ship all orders within 5 - 7 working days of placing the order.
Please note, I am currently on maternity 'leave' and so occasionally orders may take a little while to ship while I navigate life as a full time new Mama and full time business owner! However I am doing everything I can to ship all orders ASAP. You’ll get an email to let you know as soon as it’s on it’s way.
If your order is urgent please send me an email at hello@tamuchly.com and I will do my best to prioritise it for you.
STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
Our standard shipping service is Canada Post regular surface mail, for this please allow 2-7 working days after shipping for your order to arrive.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
If you wish to pay a little extra for your shipping in order to receive it faster, we are also happy to ship using FedEx/UPS etc. Please contact us for a quote prior to ordering if you wish to do so, at hello@tamuchly.com.
CALGARY ORDERS:
If you are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, you can collect your order for free to save on the shipping costs. Please choose the 'Local Collection' option at the checkout, and then email us hello@tamuchly.com to arrange a time to collect. We will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready.
We are based in McKenzie Towne, SE Calgary. Please note that we work from a home based studio, so all order collections are by prior appointment only.
All orders must be collected within 6 weeks of the order date, unless by prior agreement. After this time any uncollected orders will be deemed cancelled, with no refund issued. Within the 6 week period, if for any reason you need to cancel your order, please email us hello@tamuchly.com.
If you need to cancel after your order is ready to collect, please note there is a $20 admin fee (or the full cost of your order if less than $20), to cover the costs of packaging materials, labour and charges. This cost will be deducted from your order total, and the balance refunded to you. Refunds are sent via bank transfer within 5-7 working days.
US ORDERS:
Our standard shipping service is via regular surface mail, for this please allow a minimum of 5-10 working days after shipping for your order to arrive.
Please note that the buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of Canada.  We recommend you check the cost of any International customs charges before placing your order. Â
We recommend you order your prints or papercuts unframed if ordering outside of Canada to keep shipping and customs charges as low as possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For International orders delivery times can depend on the local customs procedures, so we recommend you check this locally before ordering. Typically it takes at least 7-13 working days from after we ship to arrive at the customs office in your County.

DELIVERY ISSUES:
If you’re concerned that your order still hasn’t arrived after 3-4 weeks, please send us an email at hello@tamuchly.com and we'll check into it for you wherever possible.
Please be aware that the cost of shipping any of our larger items outside of Canada can be very high. We will always do our best to limit any costs for you, but unfortunately the carrier charge is beyond our control. Â
Ta Muchly do our very best to ensure your order is packaged to the highest standard before it leaves us. Therefore please note Ta Muchly is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments, however please let us know if something has happened and we will do our best to make it right.
