Where is your studio?
We're based in McKenzie Towne in SE Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We work from a home based studio in order to keep our costs down and to be able to pass on the savings to you! You are welcome to place an order to collect from us rather than paying for shipping, please select 'Local Collection' at the checkout, and then email us at email@example.com to arrange a collection time.
How long will my order take?
We always try to keep enough products in stock that we can ship orders out within a day or two. At most, all orders are shipped within 7 working days, but we'll always try our best to get them out to you ASAP before that. If you are in a rush please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order, and we'll do our best to help.

- We recycle all of our paper off-cuts and scraps and all packaging we receive where possible.
- All of our products use as many recyclable packaging materials as possible and we try to only use plastics where absolutely necessary.
Do you do custom orders?
Generally, no we don't.
If you're simply looking for a location we don't offer yet, then please get in touch and let us know where it is. We base our new collections on feedback we receive from you.

How do I clean my paper flowers?
You can give them a little shake and turn them upside down every now and again to remove any dust. If you want to be extra careful, then use a clean makeup brush to gentle dust off the petals. Other than that they should last years without any maintenance.
How long do paper flowers last?
We spray our flowers with a UV coating which will help to protect it fading and moisture damage, however we do recommend you display your paper blooms out of direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure will make them fade. Obviously they don’t need any water! They should last you for years and years if you look after them well.
How do I store my paper flowers if I want to put them away for a while?
The best thing to do is to simply save the packaging you receive your flowers from us in. Protect your flowers from moisture with the bag they arrived in, surround this with kraft paper, crinkle paper and/or the white tissue they were shipped in, and then seal inside the cardboard box. Make sure to store the box the correct way up, in a warm and dry place. Also don't store anything else on top of it!
